How Our Clients Do It

Couple with young kids looking to upgrade

Client Profile:

Singaporean couple in their 30s with 2 pre-schoolers. Staying in a 4-room HDB flat. Combined income of $14,000.

Intentions:

To accommodate a growing family, couple decided to upgrade to a condominium with a larger space and facilities for their children and themselves to use.

Executed Plan:

After meeting with them for a consultation and understanding their intentions, we provide them with a detailed home report for their 4rm HDB flat. An affordability assessment is done too based on their income and risk profiles. Next, we laid out the milestones and devised a property journey for them for them to visualise their upgrading plan.

With that in hand, we set out to analyse developments most suitable to their particular needs, while value-adding with our PAR framework - though in their case it was of lesser priority. After shortlisting the developments, we executed the planned property journey proper - from sale to purchase to getting the keys to their new home!
